SKRAWL is an editorial magazine created for young adults and youth culture audiences interested in street art and its social impact. SKRAWL’s first issue documents Vancouver’s street art scene through original black-and-white photography, using high contrast to let bold, saturated colors carry the energy of graffiti culture. The design embraces a raw and DIY-inspired language, mixing graffiti lettering and asymmetric layouts to mirror the rebellious spirit of the subject matter.
